Oxford University's IT systems are mangaged by their central IT Services department and through them you get:
- Your Oxford University IT account (also known as your SSO account, short for Single Sign-on)
- Wifi network connectivity on the Eduroam network which can be found in all colleges and academic departments
- Free software such as Microsoft Office and Sophos anti-virus, plus lots of other services

The IT Services helpdesk is available 24/7 although out of normal business hours it has a restricted range of matters it can assist you with.
