At Jesus College we have an online system to report maintenance faults. Please follow the instructions set out below.

Maintenance issues:
Mr Paul Crowther, on 01865 279710 or email: maintenance@jesus.ox.ac.uk. His office is located underneath staircase 18 next to the workshop.
Maintenance staff will normally be on site Monday to Friday during the hours of 0800 to 1200 and 1300 to 1700 - Friday cover is to 1600 hrs. If an emergency arises outside these hours, report it to the Lodge who will be able to contact an appropriate tradesman. During Bank Holidays and set College closure periods the normal out-of-hours routine will apply.
