Wellbeing support for staff during COVID 19

These are unprecedented times for us all and whilst some people will accept aspects of this new, temporary way of being, others will find it challenging, isolating or lonely.

Please remember that, as Jesus College employees, you have access to Care First, our Employee Assistance Provider. They offer telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The service is completely confidential. If you feel as though you would like to talk to someone outside of your family and friends do not hesitate to get in touch with them.

You can contact Care First on 0800 174319

Care First have written a series of helpful articles based on the subjects of some of the calls they receive.  Please take a look, even if you are managing well and feeling fine, as the articles may of interest to some of the people close to you.
